HAMMER was born to bring something to Spain that didn't truly exist here yet: Sichuan cuisine. Not the softened version. Not the one adapted to the Western palate. The authentic one. The one that burns. The one that hits your tongue and leaves you wanting more.

Sichuan is a province in central China known for one thing: the most intense flavour in the world. Sichuan pepper doesn't just burn — it numbs, electrifies, transforms. Combined with red chili and the ancestral techniques, it creates something that has no equivalent in any other cuisine.

At HAMMER we use those same techniques. The same ingredients. The same respect for tradition. But with the character of those who know what they have is special.
